This raspberry flavoured vinegar is perfect for all your summer dishes. Its combination of sweet and sour is in perfect harmony. If you blend the vinegar with a splash of olive oil, it will work perfectly as a fresh dressing for salads. The vinegar can also be used for marinating chicken and fish. The sweet and fresh flavour makes the vinegar great as flavour enhancer in desserts with nuts, fruits and berries.
