Returns Information
We hope that you are very happy with your purchase, but in the event that you’re not, please ensure that you return your items in their complete, unused, undamaged condition in their original packaging within 28 days of receipt. We will issue a refund to your original payment method on receipt.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched item. Please note return delivery costs are likely to be higher than the prices we quote for the original dispatch.
Standard Returns (inclusive of Extra Large Parcels)
Please repack your item with care using all the original packaging, or a suitable alternative and return to our warehouse via a courier of your choice, we advise using a tracked service. You may consider using an online courier booking agent such as ParcelMonkey.com who offer competitive rates and home collections. Please return all items to:

Please call our Store on 01590 670885 or email info@blubambu.co.uk and a team member will be happy to arrange a collection for you. We will discuss the available collection options and respective charges.
Please ensure you take care to package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. If an item is not packaged correctly and has been damaged in transit back to us, we will contact you and may need to either return the product to you, or only issue a partial refund via credit note.
