For most small to medium sized parcels, we work with couriers DHL and Parcel Force. For larger furniture orders we either use our own in-house delivery service, or a nationwide pallet or specialist courier depending on location. Deliveries to the Isle of Wight or Highlands may attract a surcharge from the courier. We will contact you upon receiving your order to confirm if any additional delivery charges apply. In some cases, we may also ship direct from our supplier. Wherever possible, we will aim to assemble your furniture (if required) and remove all packaging.

Please allow up to 10 days for any Chair and Stool Pairs.
UK Extra Large Parcels £39.95 (up to 10 working days)

For large/heavy/delicate furniture:
We take great care in delivering your order and depending on your location, we will discuss the delivery options available to you upon receiving your order. Please ensure you provide your contact number and email at the checkout, so that a member of our delivery team can contact you to book a mutually convenient delivery date/time (Monday - Friday only). Please notify us of any access restrictions, such as stairs, narrow doorways, parking restrictions etc.
International Delivery:
We are pleased to offer International Delivery wherever possible on smaller sized orders. Your order will be sent free of UK VAT and you will be responsible for the import duties at the point of entry into your country. Please email info@blubambu.co.uk for a delivery quotation and estimated delivery lead time. An easy, secure payment link can be sent should you wish to proceed with the order.
