Deliveries are charged depending on distance travelled.  A delivery charge will be confirmed at checkout once address details are entered (UK mainland only).  All furniture is fully assembled in your home (if required) by our friendly delivery team.  For stocked items, we aim to deliver within 7-10 working days at a time that suits you.  A free click and collect option is also available from our Lymington showroom with 24hrs notice given to us. Items must be collected within 14 days.

Made to order items:

For any made to order items, an estimated delivery time of 12-16 weeks applies. Upon receiving your order we will advise you by email a more accurate delivery date subject to our shipping schedule. For items placed outside, you have two options. The first being to simply do nothing – which would be our preference. Teak is renowned to age gracefully due to the natural presence of protective oils. Left outside the wood will naturally reach a beautiful silver-grey patina. The natural oils and dense grain will offer all the natural protection the wood needs to hold its own against the elements all year round. If you decide to cover your furniture during long periods of no use, do so using a breathable cover only.

Should you wish for your outdoor furniture to retain its brand new, beautiful honey-coloured lustre, we recommend the use of a water based teak protector. Preferably one that has ultraviolet inhibitors, as this will enhance the cosmetic appearance of the teak far better than any teak oil ever will. We recommend Golden Care who are a well-known and trusted brand. Follow the manufactures instructions for application and ongoing care advice.

Periodic cleaning of your furniture (whether treated or untreated) is always a good thing and will help prevent mildew build up. A quick wash with a soft plastic brush using mild soapy water and a little bleach or vinegar mixed in will usually do the trick. Never use a high-pressure washer.
