For Accessories and Small Furniture Delivery
We will aim to dispatch items in stock within 2-5 working days of your order being placed. Items are delivered via an external courier company on a 48-hour service. A signature will be required upon successful delivery, or a calling card left with re-delivery instructions. Deliveries will take place Mon-Fri only.
Basic assembly may be required for some items. Allow 5-10 minutes max, instructions supplied.
Items within this category will be charged £4.95, £5.95, £7.95, £9.95, £11.95, £14.95, £19.95, £29.95 or £44.95 depending on size and weight. Prices will be confirmed at checkout. UK mainland only.

Large Furniture Delivery
We will aim to dispatch items in stock within 7-10 working days of your order being placed. Deliveries will take place Mon-Fri only.
Items are delivered via our friendly two-man delivery team where your item(s) can be unwrapped and assembled free of charge. Upon ordering, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date for you, providing a 2-hour delivery window.
This is a dedicated delivery service and someone will need to be in to sign for the delivery. Failure to do so will result in the full delivery cost being charged for re-delivery. In signing the delivery note, you confirm that the item has been received in good condition and in no way faulty or damaged.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the items purchased can fit inside your property. If you are concerned about access (including stairs etc.) please contact us before placing your order.
Click & Collect:
You will be given the option to select a free Click & Collect option at checkout. Collections are to be made from our Lymington showroom in Hampshire within 14 days of placing your order online. Please provide us with at least 24hrs notice so that we can ensure your item is good to go when you arrive on the day. Lymington is a lovely coastal town with the New Forest on its door step. It has a thriving market every Saturday so why not make a day of it! Showroom address: BluBambu, Admirals Court, Quay Road, Lymington, Hampshire SO41 3ET. Public car parking available.
General Delivery Notes:
International deliveries (inc. NI) are generally accepted for accessory items and in some cases larger furniture pieces. Please call or email us to obtain a delivery quote.
Special delivery requests (such as Saturday deliveries) can be arranged and any additional charges incurred paid for over the phone.
